ARENA THEATER POSTER SPECS
Poster Policy for Visiting Performers
Arena Theater reserves the right to design and produce posters for all live performances. If a visiting act prefers to create their own poster, the finished design must be submitted at least two months in advance of the show date for review and approval.
This policy is necessary because:
- Late or low-quality submissions have caused delays, extra work, and confusion in the past.
- Inconsistent design and formatting (e.g., text misplaced, logo changes, missing website info) reflects poorly on Arena Theater’s branding and can reduce audience clarity.
- Staff time spent on extended back-and-forth revisions takes resources away from other shows, and in some cases may be charged to the event.
The goal is not to restrict creativity, but to ensure professionalism, consistency, and clear communication to the public.
